Exhibitors are permitted to reserve seven rooms per 10’x10’ booth and no more than five rooms per co-headquarter hotel. Please note that your booth number is required to request a block of rooms.
A Group Agreement will be emailed to you once your request has been processed. You must sign and return the agreement to confirm your room block. Rooms/suites will be released if signed documents are not received within 48 hours of receipt. Please submit the signed group agreement by sending us a message via the SfN Support Center.
Rooming lists with complete names are due by August 28, 2019. Any unused rooms, where names have not been provided, will be released. Please use the rooming list spreadsheet through your Group Block Management Account. You have the option to upload the list yourself or send the list to be processed. You will find a downloadable rooming list spreadsheet on your Block Management Account page. If you do not know your login credentials, please send us a message.
Cancellations will be accepted until September 20, 2019. After this date, a penalty may apply. The last day to make changes with SfN Housing is October 8, 2019. Beginning October 11, please contact your hotel(s) directly for changes or cancellations.
